Navidad appreciates your most valuable contribution...your time!

We have a wide range of ways you can get involved in the North Texas community through Navidad. You may consider serving on one of our boards:

Board of Directors
Advises and formulates the strategic direction and mission of Navidad. Members serve two-year terms and attend 9 meetings a year the first Tuesday evening of the scheduled month.

Advisory Board
Candidate would be a possible board member but has community commitments that prevent them from full-time participation. In addition, member could have rotated off the board of directors but wants to stay active, typically corporate members. Advisory members serve two-year terms and attend 4 breakfast meetings quarterly.

Amigos Board
Candidate is someone who would like to help promote our mission focusing on one project or area of expertise. The "friend" board member will be an active participant with Navidad committees and special events. Amigo members may come on board of directors upon completion of one-year term of services.

Another great way to give the gift of your time is to serve on one of our special event committees; teams usually meet once a month for several months leading up to the event day.

Examples of upcoming events are: Little Black Dress Party (Sexy Shoe Contest and Jewelry Auction) on Nov. 19,  at Aloft Hotel; the Dec. 2nd Annual Xmas Party at Enchiladas, the First Friday Mixer on Dec. 4 at Club Cirque  and the Fall into Reading Project presentation  the first week in December.
